Community Growth Manager – Equity Only


This is a Full-time position in Chicago, IL posted June 8, 2021.

As an early stage startup, we are looking for a hands-on Growth Lead, with appetite and availability to take ownership of growing the TrustedNation community until we are in a position to raise a first round of funding.

This is a part-time position with a potential to turn into a full-time position with sizable equity compensation once funding is secured.

About TrustedNation:

TrustedNation enables members of local communities to easily find trustworthy service providers (ex.

babysitters, dog walkers, housekeepers, handymen, and many other services) that have been verified, endorsed, and recommended by their friends and friends of friends.

The platform combines the most valuable aspects of services marketplaces and hyperlocal social networking tools allowing users to easily book babysitters, dog walkers, and housekeepers that have been vetted and endorsed by their closest friends.

We have developed and launched a beta version of the service, and are now working on expanding the feature set in order to support initial community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Increase the size and participation level of the TrustedNation community Build a trusted user and service provider community and manage day-to-day engagement Build out systems and processes dedicated to user and service provider on-boarding and long term success Develop retention strategies to help drive long-term growth Conduct user surveys, run A/B tests, and identify patterns that will generate revenue growth opportunities Work closely with developers to optimize value and user engagement

Key Qualifications

Customer engagement and customer resolution experience with dedication to customer success Strong quantitative skills leveraging data on thousands of users Building and optimizing email marketing and social media campaigns at scale for lead generation Showing empathy and being able to connect with various users Getting your hands dirty and implementing your own ideas Developing growth hacks to get users habituated to our platform’s services Ability a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and results-driven environment Managing multiple projects simultaneously Working on a marketplace business (This is a strong plus) And most importantly, self-motivation.
