Our established South Denver / Littleton area client is actively looking to hire an Experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager (CPA) for an impactful opportunity with the firm. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years’ experience in public accounting and a passion for top-notch client service and professionalism. This career opportunity presents an open & very realistic path to Partnership for a motivated individual.

Job Requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Lead / manage / cultivate client relationships, new business development & oversight of all active tax engagements
  • Lead / manage tax planning, income tax accounting, tax compliance and other tax issues
  • Perform tax planning and review tax projections
  • Discuss tax planning and tax return reporting matters
  • Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections
  • Perform tax research and document tax positions
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
  • Perform extensive tax research on complex tax issues
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all tax related matters
  • Help mentor Junior Tax Staff and Experienced Tax Staff
