Job DescriptionJob Purpose: As a CIT Coordinator at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to coordinate our Crisis Intervention Team trainings for Aspire Health Partners in partnership with community law enforcement and other agencies. Tasks will include (but are not limited to): preparation for and facilitation of monthly 40-hour CIT trainings and refreshers, providing trainings in the community and internally on behavioral health-related topics such as mental health and substance use disorders, crisis intervention and de-escalation, risk assessment, Baker Act/Marchman Act, and diversity/inclusiveness. This team member will work closely in support of our Central Receiving Center, Access departments, and Mobile Crisis Response teams. Additional functions include participation in community meetings, engagement with stakeholders and interdepartmental collaboration. Operational duties, such as generating additional documentation, data collection, reports and diagnostics when necessary, collaborating with outcome evaluation processes and/or any other tasks requested by supervisor. Most importantly, functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical & professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Requirements Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n) * Level II Background clearance * Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire’s insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1. * Masters Degree in MH Counseling, Clinical Social Work or Marriage & Family therapy Other qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the behavioral health field providing direct service to clients in crisis.
