Duties include performing a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Key responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for many open positions (job positing, resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, interviews, offers, etc)
  • Partner with hiring managers in a consultative fashion in understanding position requirements
  • Build / maintain a pipeline and network of candidates and potential candidates as positions are posted
  • Continue to be the touchpoint for candidates once they have accepted, through onboarding
  • Work with managers to make sure all candidates have stellar and consistent candidate experience
  • Maintain succinct documentation on all candidates and searches through our ECS software with thorough detail
  • Stay up to date on innovative recruiting techniques and trends
  • Maintain a weekly recruiting update which you will share with the executives and head of HR

Job Requirements:

– Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

– This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

– Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

– Interviews experience

– Onboarding experience required

– Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

– Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

– Offer Letters experience preferred

– Adeptness in customer service

– Strong familiarity with Effective Sourcing

– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
