.Net/RPA Developer

Woodland Hills, CA (will start remote then return onsite once COVID restrictions are lifted)

6 months

Rate: $56.34/hr on W2

Hours: 9am – 6pm EST


This resource will be a part of an Agile development team responsible for the design, development, testing and/or deployment of system functionality.

Will provide technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adheres to coding standards to ensure consistent style and format.

Ensures systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and are easily modified to support future requirements with support and little to no guidance of more senior developers or architects.

• Codes instructions for computer programs/objects/components in multiple applications; configures packaged software.

• Provides expertise in the solution design and functionality of business applications.

• Reviews and validates application technical design of team members to ensure alignment with business needs and best practice architecture principles.

• Analyzes and evaluates existing manual and computerized systems/procedures to improve efficiency.

– Researches and develops techniques for automation.

• Documents and implements programs according to installation standards and conventions.

• Quality checks program code, related objects and documentation.

• Must have 3-5 years of experience with .NET Framework using C#, ASP.NET and ADO.NET.

• Possesses experience with MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web Services, WCF, Ajax, Win Forms, Web Forms, Web API, JavaScript, JQuery.

• Possess understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Blue Prism and UiPath.

• Possess expertise in RPA lifecycle.

• Experience in designing Automation solutions based on Process Design Documents.

• Ability to discuss application-related issues, implications, and approaches with clients, as well as key interfaces and interdependencies among core application systems.

• Able to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

• Works effectively in an environment with periods of ambiguity and uncertainty.

• Able to breakdown complex issues to determine root cause and offer multiple viable solutions.

• Able to identify problems with current state and able to question and challenge ideas and solutions offered.

• Demonstrates ownership of deliverables, acknowledges gaps and pursues corrective action as needed

• Actively holds team members accountable.

May accept ownership for activities and actions of the team.

• Understands and demonstrates advanced level communication skills.

• Able to prepare and delivery presentations and adapts material and message effectively for the intended audience.

• Able to deliver meaningful feedback in an effective manner to all levels in the organization.

• Agile experience highly preferred as team is currently Agile, working in 2 week sprints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Blue Prism and Uipath certifications preferred.

• SAFe Agile training/certification a plus.

• M-F 9am
– 6pm EST (must follow EST time zone as listed.

Team is spread across US and must align for meeting purposes.)
