Salesforce /CRM Project Manager

Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role serves as the individual that will be responsible for keeping Salseforce development project plans and KPIs up to date, producing project dashboards and productivity reports for the portfolio of projects that will form the constituent ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study; or equivalent education, training & experience
• 5 or more years of progressive experience as a project manager in large-scale systems development
• 3+ years of experience as a software development project manager (preferably working in the non-profit sector)
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Einstein and NPSP) or other cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of Agile processes and principles and ability to manage projects using the Agile framework
• Experience with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Portfolio)
• Demonstrated competency in the execution and successful delivery of large-scale projects

Job Requirements:

Role: Provide project management services for CRM Solutions initiatives
• Working with the Director of CRM Solutions and development team, prepare and manage project plans for every assigned initiative
• Provide regular and ad-hoc project plan report-outs to the project team
• Provide project plan updates for inclusion in the master Technology plan

Project management and facilitation
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal clients and all stakeholders for every active project
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Facilitate project review and team meetings
• Coordinate and communicate with implementation partners
• Monitor, measure and track project performance for all active projects, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
– and long-term goals
• Provide project leaders with timely feedback on project progress, threats, and resource utilization; report and escalate issues to management as needed

Ensure end user satisfaction with completed projects
• Meet with project owner and develop a clear expectations
• Provide project owner with frequent progress updates
• Ensure the Director CRM Solutions and VP Digital Transformation are included in project owner communication
• Raise alerts (quickly) as threats to project progress become apparent
