DescriptionNeptune Retail Solutions is seeking a Sales Category Coordinator to join our premier retail marketing services team.

As a Sales Category Coordinator, you will be supporting our Midwest Sales team, working on accounts with some of the nation’s largest CPG companies.

Candidate will work from home.

This position manages the internal product categories to ensure they are organized efficiently and booked following the internal processes.

Job responsibilities include:Evaluate and process client requests for promotional advertisements within product categories.Analyze new products and their competitive landscape to determine category classification.Identify competitive category issues and partner with management to provide resolution.Analyze / Review client history to project business opportunities/patterns for the upcoming years.Work closely with Sales and Operations to facilitate late business requests to include accurate deadlines.Managing organization and prioritization of multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Create / maintain internal reports and databases.

(separations reports, conflicts reports, consecutive data report, category databases)Requirements: 2 -3 years of experience in a coordination/account management role supporting multiple sales professionals in a team environment.Very strong attention to detail and extremely organized.Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.Proficient in Office (Excel/Word/PPT), Salesforce experience is an assetAbility to multitask and work in a fast pace environmentStrong interpersonal and professional skillsAbility to work independently and to adapt in a continuously changing environment.Applicant privacy policy
