Job Overview: Company is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our growing company’s executive team to lead the front end and purchase side of our business
– our Mortgage and Realty services.

In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, monitoring and reporting on sales goals and adjusting tactics as needed to reach them.

The VP of Sales will also work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company.

Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily sales activities and leading the sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals Creating, defining, and executing effective sales strategies Optimizing the sales process, tactics and closing business Identifying where improvements can be made and developing success driven sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals Develop training programs to develop members of the team Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals Monitoring the market, competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in a sales leadership position Proven skills and ability to drive company success In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills In-depth knowledge of the industry and market preferred
