The team is organized into geographic regions.

Teams of Account Executives, Account Delivery Partners, and Technical Account Managers are led by the Director
– Account Management, and face off with Clients in the Insurance, Utilities, Telecommunications, Healthcare or Banking/Consumer Finance markets located in each region.

Account Executives have a direct reporting relationship with the Director
– Account Management.

Each region may be responsible for growing and nurturing a portfolio of client relationships that generate between $60M and $100M in revenue annually.We are looking for aClientExecutive IVto join our Fiserv Biller Solutions Account Management team.

The Associate in this role will deliver superior levels of service & sales through the education, development, and proactive management of existing Clients.

Account Executives are responsible and accountable for decision making that will drive the following results:Achieve assigned revenue targetsSuccessfully negotiate and execute targeted Client Renewal agreementsPursue and close add-on sales with existing Clients, such as, new payment channels, new payment types, new lines of business, and additional Fiserv products/servicesBuild cooperation and collaboration with complex & extensive Fiserv business units to realize and execute revenue growthAbout our Business: Fiserv’s Biller Solutions division offers a portfolio of industry-leading billing and payments products including on-demand payments, bill presentment and payment, eBill distribution, and Walk-In payments.

These products are used by thousands of financial institutions and direct billers, including most of the top institutions in the country.

BillMatrix allows for Billers to collect electronic payments via IVR, Web, and CSR; e-Bill Distribution allows Billers to ‘publish’ electronic bills to Fiserv-hosted Banking front-ends/customers; and CheckFreePay provides Billers with the largest walk-in bill payment network in the U.S.Fiserv is on an aggressive path to define the next generation digital billing and payments experience, with a mission to deliver payment experiences when and where consumers want to consume them.Basic qualifications for consideration-Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience7+years of account management or sales experience in a business-to-business environment or equivalent experiencewith 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferredProven ability to interface with senior management or C-level executives across Client relationshipsProven track record in attaining/exceeding quota-based metrics for self and teamStrong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalismExcellent communication skills that include internal communication of client opportunities, issues, escalations and external communication that includes key Fiserv messagesDemonstrated leadership skills coupled with strong business acumen and detail orientationRequires minimal supervision and direction; creates and presents succinct/sound recommendations independentlyComputer literate with minimum of 5 years’ experience with Salesforce.com (or similar eCRM tools), MS Office (to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).You can expect to-Relationship ManagementDevelop and strengthen professional relationships with Client executives and decision makers, including making introductions to Fiserv Senior Leadership Team membersCoordinate and execute regular status and strategy meetings with Client Senior Management teams to understand their needs and link them to Fiserv’s product and service strategiesWork collaboratively with Clients to negotiate timely, profitable, low-risk, multi-year renewalsProvide leadership and oversight, marshalling Fiserv resources as required to respond to implementation, testing, operational, and other types of Client challengesGrowing the BusinessDrive creation of strategic account plans that set the strategic direction, target up-line relationships within client accounts, and drive the business forward; collaborates and provides input on Enterprise plans where applicableIdentify and pursues opportunities to increase revenue derived from assigned Client relationshipsResponsible for proactively conducting analysis of clients’ business metrics and research to optimize product activity that will drive value for our external customersConduct account and territory reviews for internal executive management team membersEngage in effective forecasting and budgeting of key metrics for assigned POD client accountsIdentify and capitalizes on expansion opportunities within existing accounts and up-selling additional products/services, and assists with cross-business unit sales effortsManage complex client relationshipsFiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments enabling innovative financial services experiences that are in step with the way people live and work today.We are #FISVProudof our benefits and well-being programs.
