The paralegal is responsible for providing support for a wide range of legal activities, primarily focused on corporate governance, licensing, and general transactional support.

The position is based in Clark’s Bethesda, Maryland headquarters.**Responsibilities**+ Provide support for corporate compliance, corporate governance, and licensing matters for Clark and its various subsidiaries+ Work with pursuit teams in responding to corporate information requests in RFQs/RFPs for new projects+ Coordinate state contractor license registrations and renewals+ Prepare powers of attorney, secretary’s certificates, incumbency certificates, and similar instruments+ Draft corporate resolutions of shareholders and board of directors/managers+ Oversee outside counsel billing, from onboarding new firms to coordinating invoice workflow+ Assist in the execution, distribution, and storage of contracts and related documents**Qualifications**+ BA/BS degree or equivalent+ Minimum of 5 years of transactional/corporate paralegal experience in an in-house or law firm setting+ Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines with proactive follow-through and minimal supervision under pressure+ Experience supporting corporate administrative duties for the board of directors/managers+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information in a tactful and confidential manner, as this position will interact with employees throughout the organization+ Superior work ethic, self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to operate with a high level of independence#LI-LG1-CK#GDEqual Opportunity Employer:Clark Construction Group, LLC, (subsidiaries and affiliates) is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
