The role reports to the Sales Support Manager and located in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

As a Mainfile Data Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide support for the NEMA Sales Support function by providing vital information and data used in the order process.

Primary responsibility will be the maintenance of and retrieval of archived design data and bills of material.

Your responsibilities Process requests for design data and/or Bill of Material information from the storage systems (will be required to retrieve data from archived files in both electronic and hard copy formats).

Must become familiar with the existing electronic and hard copy storage/retention processes and identify any potential opportunities for improvements or adjustments.

Will appropriately file incoming data and will maintain and organize both the digital and hardcopy filing systems.

Will scan files and upload digital copies to the databases.

Will be required to learn new processes and cross train to perform additional duties within the Sales department.

Meet deadlines on request needed by our ABB affiliates.

Work independently and manage time in an independent contributor role.

Your background High School Diploma or GED and minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support and or manufacturing.

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

NEMA or electrical motor product knowledge would be helpful.

Sales and/or sales support experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of MOMG SAP, OMS, VIP4, and other company’s electronic tools
– good to have.

Working knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong organizational skills, the ability to work with others and the ability to multi-task is desired.
