Client Requirement Title Digital Tagging Analyst Specialist Duration 12+ months multi-year expected LocationWilmington, DE (remote through covid only) Job Description HERE’S WHAT I NEED FOR A SUBMIT 5+ web analytics 5+ site tagging tagging Ideally using Adobe Analytics Omniture (or similar product like Telium or Google Analytics) Familiar with some experience able to speak to Customer segmentation User profiling Web user behavior concepts Documentation (technical functional including BRDs) Adhoc reporting Analysis and Troubleshooting experience. Pharma (HIGHLY PREFERRED) Multi-channel (HIGHLY PREFERRED) Responsibilities AssistLead in the overall strategy and implementation of changes relating to Tagging, Analytics, and Measurement to support the Business Unit’s needs. Coordinate closely with the Tagging and Analytics team in identifying requirements from multiple sources (such as web and mobile) including stakeholders, developers technical folks, and agencies. Develop technical tagging specification documents tied to business needsgoals. Work with key stakeholders to understand the analytics objectives and needs and develop the appropriate Tagging strategy for the web analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) Participate in and support Business Owners in delivering results and presentations. Work with the IT team to ensure that accurate tracking metrics are collected and effectively reported. Provide recommendations on improvement of marketing processes, efficiencies, and effectiveness. Experience Required 3-5 years experience in web analytics and site tagging and measurement ideally in Adobe Analytics Omniture (or similar product like Telium or Google Analytics) Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Highly Preferred. Individual must have strong communication and be detail-oriented and an out of box thinker who can think strategically and able to connect the dots Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in multichannel promotion highly preferred. Familiarity with customer segmentation and user profiling techniques. Familiarity with website usabilityuser behavior concepts (UXUI Knowledge) (preferred) Experience in documenting technical requirement specifications (business requirements documentBRD) for technical implementation. Experience as a Technical Writer (preferred) Adhoc reporting Analysis and Troubleshooting experience. Skills Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally, think critically, and work in a rapidly evolving environment. Client facing and strong communication skills required with the ability to communicate complex topics in clear and simple terms. Ability to learn new business environments, applications, technologies, and processes quickly.
