Responsibilities: Developing, implementing and maintaining a process by which learning outcome data is evaluated and communicated on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders Providing technical expertise on the appropriate interpretation and use of learning data to inform decision-making Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional programs to determine the relationship between program implementation and learning outcomes Training peers to drive data driven decisions and collaborating to continuously recommend enhancements of the learning experience using data Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in program measurement & evaluation, learning/educational sciences, business analytics, data science or other related field 5 years’ of program measurement & evaluation experience, learning/educational sciences, business analytics, data science or other related field Ability to communicate complex information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action. Ability to troubleshoot and perform data audits to ensure and improve data integrity and resolve data discrepancies Superior quantitative reasoning skills Experience using Data Dashboards (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Micro Strategy) Preferred qualifications: Master’s Degree Previous Canvas LMS experience or similar LMS platforms Proven track record of developing internal dashboards that provide accurate and informative views on learning content to drive quality improvement and ongoing research Come to work willing to laugh and have fun
