This role will be key in engaging employees at all levels to meet the changing needs of our work with safety as priority #1. This position requires an innovative Safety Leader for MnDOT in District 7, and as such you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire change, provide overall safety guidance and engage in culture building while focusing for the important products and services that MnDOT provides. You will be valued as a trusted expert and will consult on a variety of work including road maintenance, program delivery, construction, and office safety concerns.
