OfficeTeam has a fulfilling career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Service industry. This long-term temporary Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you’re available to work in Monroe, North Carolina.

– By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

– Field and send written business correspondence

– Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

– Manage and place incoming telephone calls

Job Requirements:
– Project Scheduling experience

– Customer service experience desired

– 2+ years’ experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

– Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

– Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

– Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

– Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

– Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

– A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

– Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

– Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
