Staffing Coordinator

Ambassador Personnel

This is a Full-time position in West Point, GA posted April 8, 2021.

Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our West Point team. The Staffing Coordinator (SC) recruits, screens, interviews, and selects quality candidates for placement in various positions for our client partners. The SC is expected to recruit proactively for current, anticipated, and high demand staffing needs.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

 

A few key responsibilities of the SC include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Recruiting – Source candidates through internal and external resources
  • Applicant/Candidate Management – Evaluate, screen, and onboard candidates in adherence to Ambassador’s policies and procedures.
  • Client Service – Take detailed job orders from the client(s) to ensure needs and expectations are understood, communicate regularly with client(s) to ensure expectations are exceeded, and quickly resolve questions/issues that arise.
  • Field Employee Management – Coach and counsel field employees to ensure job satisfaction and client satisfaction; quickly resolve field employee questions/issues that arise
  • Risk Management – Ensure all workplace injuries are reported, processed, and managed according to Ambassador’s policies and procedures.

 

Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance and professional image
  • Must display initiative and creativity in problem solving
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes 
  • Ablility to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required. College classes or industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years verifiable customer service experience
  • Prior interviewing experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
