Requirements
Our Entry Level Customer Success Representative Must
Enthusiastically support our companies values and mission Engage customers in conversations to assess their wants and needs, identifying products and services to meet those demands Cultivate professional relationships with customers, listening carefully to their needs and displaying empathy to provide the best service possible Drive sales revenue by following up directly with customers on unresolved inquiries or requests Actively promote teamwork, leading by example and taking the initiative to assist others Complete all essential training and display enthusiasm for continuous learning, accepting constructive feedback from more experienced team members Stay up to date on new products, features, or sales promotions offered by our clients Follow our policy, procedures, and guidelines
