nn nn n nn nn The Role: As a self-starter with a strong drive for success, you”ll be responsible for building new customer relationships and growing existing customer relationships in the SW Florida market.

You”ll be selling primarily to electrical contractors, general contractors and architects/designers and will be cold-calling and stopping by job sites to introduce yourself and aspectLED”s products.

In addition, you will be responsible for growing existing customer relationships to increase sales.

You”ll also be provided with inbound leads to handle via phone, email and live chat.

nn nn n nn nnThis position is based out of Naples, FL.

nn nn n nn nn Your Skills: We are searching for someone whonn Enjoys making sales calls and cold calling Is comfortable stopping by job sites to introduce themselves to new potential customers Can effectively present to architects, designers, and/or contractors (lunch and learns, new product demonstrations, etc.) Makes excellent decisions on how to spend their time and resources (i.e.

knows which customers to entertain, which job sites to bring lunch to, when to offer demo/sample products, etc.) Is very comfortable initiating conversations on the phone Is excellent at building relationships with existing and prospective customers and handling sales leads Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Is a genuine people person Has a drive for success and enjoys a fast paced environment Enjoys educating customers about new technology and the benefits Understands the importance of timely and thoughtful follow-up Has previous sales training Has at least 2+ years of previous selling experience nn n nn nn Responsibilities: nn Make outbound sales calls daily to both new and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities Make site visits and cold-call on job sites daily Track all sales opportunities within a CRM system, and drive to move every opportunity through the sales process with effective follow-up, negotiation and ultimately winning deals.

Mine our existing customer base to identify, qualify, nurture and close new opportunities Research the internet to identify leads Act as a single point of contact for your assigned customers, providing quotations, assisting with order placement, handling order status inquiries, and assisting with other customer inquiries Follow-up regularly with your customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and assess potential for additional sales opportunities.

Engage and build relationships with key decision makers over the phone Handle inbound sales leads and special requests for information and pricing from our e-commerce website Make and field a significant volume of calls per day, respond to inquiries, follow-up on sales leads, qualify prospects, answer product-related questions, and close sales Quickly learn about the key features and specifications of our LED lighting products and be able to clearly communicate this information to customers.
