nAspen Careers is looking for a dynamic sales representative to join our team!  The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years sales experience in selling service-based solutions.

We are looking for an individual that will help grow and develop our brand and maintain high standards when interacting with our clients and candidates.    Sales Representative Job Responsibilities: Maintains professionalism at all times with the desire to improve skills and technical knowledge by seeking out and attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations relevant to the staffing industry.

Contributes to success of team by completion of team goals and team functions.  Understand that personal success is part of the team’s success.

Services existing accounts to obtain job orders, and place MPC (skill-marketing calls) to current and potential clients.

Problem solves to ensure customer standards are met.

Effectively uses systems and strategies for client prospecting and managing sales pipeline.

Develops sales strategy to bring on additional contract staffing roles in addition to developing a strategy to increase physical territory.

Works closely with recruitment team to ensure that communication is maintained between recruiters and clients when filling job orders.

Negotiates fee agreements with clients and maintains database of fee agreements.  Updates as necessary.

Uses sales tracker to document daily sales activities.  Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills Maintain professionalism at all times Ability and drive to meet and exceed sales goals Prior knowledge of converting prospects into clients Strong presentation skills Ability to build, maintain, and manage client relationships Strong negotiation skills with ability to problem solve Proficiency with MS Office Proficient with CRM system preferred Knowledge of staffing industry/recruitment or B2B sales practice is a plus Possess strong organizational and time management skills n
