Acquisition and Retention Marketing Manager

This is a Full-time position in Lauderhill, FL posted February 21, 2021.

SCOPE AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Assist in the management and implementation of Salesforce platform to activate against the entire prospect and client journeys from prospect and through retention, utilizing Salesforce and non Salesforce tools including web, email, SMS, chat etc.
  • Continuous testing and optimization of all components of the journeys, including segmentation, personalization, testing, template & creative design
  • Document daily operational workflow and marketing automation best practices to ensure project management, data quality, hygiene, and campaign optimization
  • Increase Acquisition and Retention by optimizing call-to-action (CTA), open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Manage all aspects of contact and follow up
  • Maintain awareness of Acquisition and Retention trends, best-practices, technologies, CAN-SPAM laws

Management and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Information Technology (“IT”) and the National Contact Center (“NCC”) to develop and implement journeys from prospect through retention, and continuously review for on-going enhancements.

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • Measured improvement in every Post Lead aspect of the funnel.
  • On-going and accurate testing and optimization of all components of the journey, including segmentations, personalization, template and creative design.
  • Continuous documentation and reporting on operational workflow and marketing automation best practices to ensure project management, data quality, hygiene, and campaign optimization.
  • Effective management and execution of all aspects of contact and follow-up production: creation and scheduling, segment and audience building, ensuring the correct data and content exchange.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • 5-7 years of Acquisition/Retention marketing experience with a strong operational focus
