Together, we are strengthening society and the natural world.nn nn nn nnCadmus seeks a qualified specialist for our Corporate Sustainability practice to support our growth in corporate climate change services with a focus on CDP, TCFD and GRI.

Cadmus is a leading provider of corporate sustainability services to Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and all levels of government.

This is an opportunity to join a leading team in the United States and globally.nn nn nn nnThe successful candidate will provide technical support across several projects for Fortune 500 companies across the financial services, technology, transportation, and materials sectors in addition to supporting related sustainability, greenhouse gas, and climate support for government clients.

The candidate will also play a leading role in mentoring and training junior staff and supporting the management of the team.

nn nResponsibilitiesn nnResponsibilities: nn Lead or support the delivery of projects for clients with a focus on:o Assessing physical and transition risk for infrastructure, real estate, or industry;o Corporate reporting such as through TCFD, CDP and GHG Accounting;o Strategic advisory services for bespoke client needs.

Lead in business development, including sell-on to exiting clients and growing our client base; Lead in the development and improvement of services related to corporate sustainability with a focus on TCFD, CDP and GHG Accounting.

nQualificationsn nnRequired Qualifications:nn Bachelors Degree Public Policy, Sustainability, Climate Change, Risk Management, Engineering, Energy, or a related environmental discipline Demonstrated capability in corporate sustainability reporting, decarbonization, and alignment with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Minimum of 3-5 years of industry related experience in sustainability, risk management, energy, and/or management consulting Candidates should be passionate about sustainability, self-motivated and self-directed, collaborative, and able to produce high-quality work products Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented and project-based environment; Desire to take on new challenges and continued professional development; and Ability to collaborate remotely across geographies and sectors.

Some travel, post COVID, will be required Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S.
