Global Product Manager, Engineering Pilot DeploymentsThe roleJLL’s Global Product Management Group is seeking to hire a Product Manager for Engineering Pilot Deployments.

We are looking for a versatile leader to manage and drive coordination for pilot deployments across the Engineering set of products.

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of those pilots, interacting with clients and client account teams, collecting VOC, managing the build of delivery materials (e.g., commercialization plans, product specifications, mock sales decks, etc.) and enabling sharing of best practices.

The Engineering Pilot Deployments manager will also own our Early Adopter network, bringing together clients and delivery teams in a forum to enable learning and collaboration in a closed network.This role will report to the Global Engineering Product owner and work closely with each engineering product manager and regional product performance support leads.

This team consists of experts in Maintain, Renew, Deploy product families and strategic asset management.

This leadership team is supported by product management professionals and peer resources focused on competitive intelligence, research, pricing strategy, marketing, and engineering operations.The product management group is responsible for developing, launching, and managing best-in-class, differentiated products across portfolio services.

A critical part of the program is to pilot those products across existing and new clients.

As JLL increases its focus on technology and product management, the product team is focused on defining and building a product management centric capability to streamline and simplify product/service offerings, increase product adoption with existing accounts, focus investment efforts in high-growth opportunities, minimize wasted product spend and increase profitability.What this job involves:This position requires a strong project management rigor to apply toward management of product pilot deployments across existing and net new client accounts.

The individual will require a high-level overview and developing acumen in the engineering stack of products, be extremely organized and methodical, and have ability to hold pilot delivery teams accountable as we rollout pilots across the products.Additional responsibilities include:* Develop pilot plans to effectively manage pilots for JLL’s net new engineering products* Develop documented, repeatable pilot program plans to ensure consistency and accountability* Integrate with product managers on their product MVP plans and timing* Align pilots to ensure they validate product hypotheses and Leap of Faith assumptions that have been outlined by product managers* Collect and coordinate VOC from account teams and clients* Develop Early Adopter framework to integrate account teams and clients* Establish mechanism to measure pilot success from an operational and financial perspective* Develop report out rigor for each product pilot area to align stakeholders and provide critical feedback into the product development processProduct Overview and ExpertiseTo effectively compete in an increasingly crowded and cost-conscious industry and counter the trend toward commoditization, JLL must bring its best to every customer opportunity.
