Summary of This Role

Role will have responsibility for driving Consumer Engagement and product optimization across the TSYS Product Ecosystem for revenue expansion and deepened client engagement opportunities.

Leader will develop a nd lead the team responsible for cultivating and delivering the business process acumen across the consumer engagement product domain; fueled by a data-centric consultative approach that deepens client relationships and drives revenue growth and cardholder satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey.

This leader will better position TSYS to capture revenue through consulting and professional services while serving as an extension our clients’ organization.

Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Leading a team of business and tech savvy managers that think and operate like an issuing client in order to build and delivers strategic initiatives that optimize both portfolio and product performance across the payment card lifecycle .

This role will have heavy cross-functional interaction and internal partnership with TSYS Product and Relationship Management leaders to deliver and help shape the growth across the Consumer Engagement and Loyalty Domain Practice.

In addition, leader will have specific revenue expansion target to accelerate the existing growth potential and client demand.

Job Specific Skills and Competencies.

What Part Will You Play?

Provides management oversight of all sales, contract terms/pricing, roles and staff alignment, client satisfaction and Profit and Loss (P&L) results.

Achieves overall adherence / compliance of tax and immigration regulations by maintaining an understanding of applicable nuances applied to a traveling professional services team.

Establishes and maintains policies and procedures in conjunction with a Tax and Immigration Advisor to manage employee and company compliance of all other country’s laws.

Collaborates with senior leadership to facilitate P&L / sales opportunities and are pursued with an overall company priority in mind.

Ensures planned growth of the professional services business by understanding market opportunities and the needs of our existing and new clients.

Develops business cases for expansion of teams, services, and / or products that are responsive to market and company needs.

Consults with clients on the Financial Services Industry, Banking Operations, and overall implementation process, to solve complex issues and or remove barriers for any client deliverables and solutions.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Typically a minimum of 10 years

related professional experience including a minimum of 8 years experience in a managerial position.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree

related field of study from an accredited university.

Prior TSYS, payment issuing or technology industry experience is preferred.
