Brand Marketing Manager **,** eCommerce role is a strategic part of the COE Marketing leadership team .

This role, focused on Strategic Direct to Consumer efforts will interact closely with senior leaders across internal and external teams and will guide an early-stage business through strategy development and launch.

You will assess business opportunities and translate those into investment cases, performance marketing strategies, media plans, and requirements for scale across Goodyear Company Owned Entities.

This role will be expected to inspire, lead, think and act both strategically and tactically
– from defining the vision, to overseeing the creation, execution, and analysis of game changing marketing plans.

Must have a track record of creativity, operational excellence, using analytics to drive results, and working with tech teams and agencies to build new and effective marketing tools.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**+ Develop new omnichannel marketing investment strategies to accelerate consumer adoption that include Performance Marketing, Acquisition, Engagement, Brand, Creative and Analytics.+ Lead development of winning consumer messaging and go-to-market creative, by effectively scoping work, leading resource evaluation and selection processes, then overseeing and leading agency and internal teams.+ Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Oversee the execution of the marketing plans across all marketing resources & teams.

Lead a rapid test-and-learn environment that delivers solutions that can drive scalable and repeatable growth.

Set vision, establish positioning & develop breakthrough creative to achieve a best-in-class content strategy and execution across the entire customer journey.+ Assess, propose and implement new impactful marketing opportunities and channels.

Create business and financial analyses, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.

Develop insight-driven narratives with sound recommendations.

Generate bold and innovative ideas for growth+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including COE Business Units, Brand Marketing, Category & Insights, IT, Procurement, and Finance.**Education & Certifications**+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Advertising or Communications**Experience**+ 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: customer acquisition, CRM & direct marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing or channel marketing, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.+ 5+ years of experience managing high-performing marketing and/or agency teams.+ 7+ year of experience working with digital, web-based products.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**+ Experience launching and scaling new e-commerce and last-mile brand experiences by accelerating consumer adoption rates with marketing investment.+ Experience in the retail industry, particularly consumer goods like grocery, or mass market, or hardlines products including home goods, home improvement, sporting goods, major appliances, home products / furniture, or automotive.+ Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.#LI-DG1Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tire companies.
